Combining 3D motion capture cameras and mixed reality headset , Microsoft has created the Holoportation . This conversation of the future you will see to communicate and interact with people as if they were present.

Microsoft has unveiled this new project which is currently being developed in its research center . A hologram that speaks to you on its search site, Microsoft recently explained the principle of this project. This is a " new type of 3D capture technology to rebuild , compress and transmit anywhere in the world , real-time 3D models of high- quality people ." To capture the image , the research teams have had to develop new 3D cameras need to have around the person we want " holoporter " . They are modeling live digital avatar of the person present in their field to transmit anywhere. Microsoft would also work on the recording of these conversations and their miniaturization so they can be kept as true virtual memories
